Play vs the AI until you have the base mechanics and maps down. After that play vs the AI to learn new champs before using them against real people or they will whine horrendously at you.

Yeah I hear ya, people will cheat. It has been my small sample size experience that servers which allow two or more boxing are filled (and by filled I mean usually super low pop) with folks who just want to do their own thing and it's near impossible to group up but hey your mileage may differ.

2 boxing sucks on EMU. People will only solo if you let them or just hang with their clique and no chance you'll be allowed in. It's one of the few major things P99 got totally right. Not that anyone cares what I think..
