Allen was hurt badly, tried to run at pro day and was obv not healthy. If he returns to full health, he was a top 20 pick in the first round before that in pretty much every mock

Never understood why Allen was once rated highly. Texas completely shut him down in our bowl game. The real WRs are held below their averages when playing against us but they still pull 100 yards and a TD. Allen didn't do shit though.
