Learn to business law?

They're two separate corporate entities. The assets (and debts) of the one do not carry over to the other. Pilot/Flying J going bankrupt means fuckall for the Browns, outside of the fact that their owner may be up to some shady shit.

Plus, 4 billion in debts isn't some ludicrous number for a corporation that large. They have $29B in sales. Really, they're probably under-leveraged.

just because the browns are LLC'd does not mean the ownership will be inclined to spend above minimum going forward.

Aaron Hernandez family member killed in car accident

Posted by Michael David Smith on July 2, 2013, 6:56 PM EDT

Reuters
A member of Aaron Hernandez's family whom police wanted to question in connection with the ongoing murder investigation has died in a car accident.

The Hartford Courant reports that Thaddeus Singleton III, the son-in-law of Hernandez's uncle, was killed when the car he was driving flew off the road and crashed into a pole. The car Singleton was driving was owned by Hernandez's uncle. The death was ruled an accident.

It is unclear what police believed Singleton knew about the murder of Odin Lloyd, but the report says that police had been seeking to speak with him. Singleton had previously been convicted of multiple drug charges in Connecticut.

Singleton lived in Bristol, Connecticut, the hometown of Hernandez and both of the other men suspected of being involved in the murder of Lloyd.

The same uncle who was hiding that silver SUV used in the double homicide last year?

Hernandez was involved in domestic disturbance last year

Posted by Mike Florio on July 2, 2013, 12:21 PM EDT

AP
The feeding frenzy to find any bad or boorish thing Aaron Hernandez ever may have done or allegedly did continues.

The latest comes from TMZ, which reports that police responded to a domestic disturbance involving Hernandez and his then-pregnant fianc?e, Shayanna Jenkins, in June 2012. The incident happened while Hernandez was renting an apartment in Hermosa Beach, California.

A neighbor called police to report "fighting" between the couple. When police arrived, Jenkins said she didn't want to press charges, so no arrest was made. A law-enforcement source tells TMZ that Hernandez "acted like an asshole."

Police reportedly showed up at the apartment multiple other times, after neighbors complained about noise.

Again, there's no bright, dotted, or squiggly line between these types of incidents and premeditated murder. Like the six-year-old situation from Gainesville that the Wall Street Journal uncovered Monday, it's hard not to wonder how many other pro athletes have had similar experiences that were and remain unknown and unreported.

The MVA being ruled as "accident" doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't intentional. Vehicle accident related suicides can be difficult to prove unless there is pretty substantial evidence to indicate it was in fact a suicide vs. someone driving like a moron.

My friends and I got ambushed by a pack of Mexicans who broke beer bottles over our heads when we were leaving a bar a few years ago. No charges were filed, but one of them left with less teeth than he had earlier in the night.

3 of em broke on my dome, but I was wearing a hat and drunk off my ass so it didn't hurt til the next day, but they definitely broke. One of my buddies almost got his nose sliced off by one, so I assume it was broken too.

did the bottles actually break? i think mythbusters myth busted that happening so easily.
It totally happened just like that. Hand to God. Then the 10 of them came at him 1 at a time and he was able to knock them all out with 1-2 hits. There was this sweet part where he had a guy on each side holding an arm and a dude coming straight at him. So what's he do? This mofo jumps up and kicks the first dude in the head, then slams the 2 guys heads together!

Nobody saw it coming cause when he first went into the bar they were giving him the stink eye and he told then he didn't want any trouble.

^ Close! There were 4 of us. My buddy and I were sitting at the bar and the other 2 split off to do their own thing. Apparently one of them was hitting on one of the Mexican dude's chicks there. Later on they knocked over a table with glasses on it that broke on the ground so they got kicked out, but went out the back door. My friend and I sitting at the bar minding our own business went out the front and got attacked by the dudes and their buddies. There was nothing really glamorous about it, but our friends who went out the back ran around front and were able to knock the shit out of a couple of the dudes during all the chaos.
