So, none of the last 6 or 7 1st round Raider picks have done anything in the NFL...the tradition continues

You have to go back a decade to Nnamdi Asomugha in 03 to find a 1st round pick by the Raiders that was worth a damn

He is, the raiders had some great picks in the late 90s and early 2000s, which coincidentally was the last time they were constantly good.

It makes some sense. We have garbage at corner and DTs have plummeted so Reggie must figure he can get a decent one in the 2nd round.

Sheldon Richardson is an absolute beast...Jets will love him. Athletic as hell, he was a TE and kick returner in high school @290lbs, to give you an idea of his athleticism.

Sheldon is more of a speed/pass rushing DT, something in the mold of Suh in Detroit, I think the other 2 guys are bulkier run-stuffer types.
