It's only one 2 pt conversion though when the deficit is 18. If you get it, you just need a TD and a field goal, if you don't get it, you know you need 2 TD's. I'd rather know I need to score 2 TD's in 5 minutes than just kick the one, get a quick field goal, then if you somehow pull out the miracle last TD but fail the 2, you have no time left to do anything about it.I just prefer the tie route. Odds go down with multiple 2pc and rather have fg in play still. they got 2pc though so im wrong....
Um, if they don't get a 2 point conversion, the field goal isn't in play. They were down 18 points. That's a field goal, two touchdowns, and at least one 2 point conversion.I just prefer the tie route. Odds go down with multiple 2pc and rather have fg in play still. they got 2pc though so im wrong....
Yeah pretty much this nowThere's arguments either way for the 2pt conversion there. It's a moot point because that fucktard busted with holding cost the texans whatever remote chance they still had.
Agreed, but at least you have 5 minutes and the knowledge you'd need 2 TD's so you could adjust your game plan to give it a chance. If you score the last TD to make it 38-36 with 6 seconds left and fail the conversion...you're just fucked. With the time factor though two long td drives would be tough.
Niggling injuries are cumulative +1 to all future injury rolls. At some point it's time to come to the realization that Gronk is just too injury-prone.
It would have been 38-27.. TD then 2pc and fg is a tie. Again though as i admit it wasnt as bad a call as i first thought. I was purely looking at it as a time factor issue.Um, if they don't get a 2 point conversion, the field goal isn't in play. They were down 18 points. That's a field goal, two touchdowns, and at least one 2 point conversion.
I'm guessing Brady's lost more regular season games at home than playoff games.I'm talking about Week 15.
