Yeah I cannot believe Shanahan continued to let him play. I hope he's not to hurt.

Now the discrepency between Dr. Andrews and Shanahan takes on new meaning.

The really dicked up part is all the stuff that just came out with Shanahan "lying" that Dr. Andrews said his knee was ok. Kind of have to wonder about Shanahan's ethics.

Is there really anything to wonder about? When has Shanahan not been a dirtbag?

He walked off the field and is still standing around on the sideline...maybe it's not a total Adrian Peterson knee destruction? I dunno....there's a long time until Week 1 kicks off in September. Hopefully we're not talking a serious injury.

I don't wanna bitch too much about the refs, but when you tackle the receiver before the ball gets there, shouldn't that be PI?

Edit: And what the fuck? Our NT jumps like half a second before the snap and no flag there either? These officials blow.

It is a serious injury. The question is how serious, or how much mobility is he is going to lose on the leg.

It was pretty close I would not complain if it had been called.

He was walking around and never left the sideline. You guys are a bunch of fuckin' drama queens. He probably won't even need surgery.

Depending on the long term impacts of this injury...Dan Snyder and possibly the league need to be asking a lot of tough questions about exactly what happened with Mike Shanahan and Dr. James Andrews. The investment that was made in Griffin will be a debacle that will set this team back maybe for the rest of this decade if he's never the same again.

Just can't catch a break being a fan of this team.
