4 for 4 this week, but this was the easy week. The only real toss up felt like the SEA/WASH game

Pats columnists and announcers talking some major, major shit about the Texans. If I was a Patriots player, I would be telling some of them to "stfu k thx". If this does not get the Texans to raise their game, nothing will.

Guess I will enter the fray for predictions:

Texans over Pats (yes folks, blatant homerism)
Broncos over Ravens (Manning ftw)

Packers over 49ers (I think the 49ers are frauds, and as a Texans fan, I know a thing or two about frauds)
Seattle over Falcons (Falcons gonna Falcon)
I am with you on this except I hate Texas and am of course going to pick the Pats over Texans.

In the same vein though I also hate the Falcons and will certainly be watching that game in hopes of them getting stomped hard.

Decided to jump squarely on the Seahawks bandwagon. They will attend 7 of the next 10 super bowls and will win 5 of them. Russell Wilson and Pete Carrol will go down as the greatest QB / Coach duo of all time.

Texans fans are realistic though (see my half joking fraud comment). Every Houstonian knows that Texans will have to play turnover and penalty free football to keep this game competitive. Even then the outlook is not so good, but I think we are all hoping for a flat Pats Offense, and a defensive performance for the ages from the Texans. Either way I will be rooting for them, and hopefully not screaming at my TV trying not to curse in front of my kids.

Looks like a Manning/Brady showdown is inevitable. I think Manning and the Broncos are going to take it all this year.

I don't wish ill on RG3 by any stretch of the imagination, but the overall outcome for the game couldn't happen to a better owner and coach.

Have to agree with this. Denver seems to have the most well rounded team left, while also having a big home field edge. The Pats D has been playing better of late, but I cant picture them slowing down Peyton at home.

100%

If the defense that massacred Baltimore shows up, then woe is Brady. I'm hoping for something like 12-6 Houston. That's the kind of game I want to see, and most likely, the only type of game Houston can win.

4/4 myself this week, but I'm reserving the right to reconsider my NFC picks. (I don't see any reason to reconsider the AFC #1 and 2 seeds continuing.)

I was 1/4. Awful. At least two of the wrong choices were the AFC games so my AFCCG picks will most likely still be good.

49ers are frauds? lol.

I mean, yeah they lost to the Vikings, Giants, Seahawks, and the Rams but to say they are frauds is a joke. They beat the Pats in Foxborough when they NEVER lose at home in December. They beat Green Bay at Green Bay. Give me a break.

And every one of those wins counted as they enjoyed a bye.

I really hope it is the Broncos/Niners in the SB. So that way Denver gets revenge against them for that SB loss in 89. Its still the worst score in SB history (in terms of how bad Denver did compared to how good the Niners did).

Would be an awesome game.

Damn, I cringe just watching RG3 in that Gatorade commercial where he is running with the tire, as it feels like he is going to collapse in a heap at any second, nevermind what its going to be like when hes finally back in a game. Every time he runs now or gets loose or is being chased all Redskins fans are going to hold their breath.

People said the same thing about Viking fans watching Peterson before this year. He just needs to get fully healthy before coming back...and not a second before.

Except Peterson is not human. And he is like a bear compared to RG3 who is like a gazelle. He is gentile and quick. Peterson is muscular and pissed. Big difference.
