Super lame call by the refs to move Seattle into FG range there. I don't what else a DB is supposed to do when a ballcarrier is fighting for extra yards like that. He made a tackle.

Bengals lost because it's scrub-mode in the secondary due to injuries and Dalton was very, very bad today. Run game couldn't get going either. Offense just sucked overall.

That's the first part. Dalton was fucking awful as he is want to be from time to time. The team as whole struggles with consistency on offense. BUT, Cleveland does have a pretty good defense too.
