Rivers is a solid QB. He has one of the highest completion percentages this season. For what ever reason they are keeping him on a short leash.

I will never understand the block in the back penalties. I mean, players know they can't do it but do it anyways and 9 out of 10 times it has zero impact on the actual play. It shouldn't be that hard to not block a guy in the back.
