Told you guys Foster would end up with 2 games since the very beginning.
Some were calling for his release, and now he will simply serve a 2 game ban and be ready to go with Fred Warner on week 3.
Reuben Foster and Fred Warner might be one of the most dynamic linebacking corps in the league. Both young guys, both explosive, I think Warner is going to be a star and they will feed off eachother.
Obviously I'm hoping for a rebirth of Willis/Bowman days, but it could happen.

Because that's not how the tests work. You can fail by testing positive for specific substances they look for, or by having abnormal lab values that's typically only possible with PEDs.
Its not that he took something, they detected it, then said "we dont know what it is so let's just say it's a PED." Its more like his test:epitest ratio was way off but they didn't detect what caused it.

The ambiguity of it all is stupid.
We don't have a clue what he tested positive for (or abnormal, if it's a hormone thing).
The way they're selling the story is dumb. Four games for "something." Literally a "something" they couldn't find. How that stood up to a 4 game ban is insane.

Because the tests are private. Per the CBA they're not allowed to discuss the test results. The information that is out there was a leak and the leaking was part of Edelman's complaint. The fact that they haven't explained anything further is just them following the CBA.

I learned my lesson with Reuben Foster. I am going to wait and let it play out before slamming him.
