Ill give Shanahan credit, he has definitely cooked up some fantastic game plans and offensive packages for opening drives. When it comes to orchestrating an offense, as far as linking plays together in order to exploit what the defense is featuring, Kyle is perhaps the best doing it.
He was feeling the heat after looking like dogshit a few weeks ago, so he went back to what he does best and put together the longest drives of the season. He blows fat dick when it comes to developing players and evaluating talent, but is a play calling savant. I dont think people understand how impressive a TWENTY play scoring drive that eats an entire quarter is. It is most certainly rare and happens maybe a handful of times a year I would imagine.
