If ever there was a play tailor made for video review that would have been it.
That's actually one of the many allegations about the play, is that it was subject to an illegal video review when Swearingen left a ten minute long huddle with the other refs to call McNally on the phone.

Not a very well thought out accusation though.

I wonder how many games they will have Hurts sit. His MVP is in the balance. This season has been a crazy one, and looks like its going to be a wild ending with all of the teams on the edge.

Purdy has,

Washington, Las Vegas, and Arizona left to play. He can easily win those games. If he wins out is he clearly rookie of the year?

I dont think there is a games played criteria so potentially he can get the nod.

EDIT If I was a voter, Sauce has already locked up my vote, no matter how Purdy does

He's still eligible but he's at a big disadvantage. Mahomes will probably be playing the season out as the Chiefs fight for the #1 seed with a very weak remaining schedule, whereas if Minshew manages to get the Eagles past the Cowboys on Saturday they'll clinch #1 and a sane coach would have Hurts take the extra weeks of rest.

Fucking Jozu. Always coming in with the wildest takes...

Why the hell are you aiming so low? Clearly he is the odds on favorite for MVP this year. I'm pretty sure even if he got injured, which is impossible for him, he would still be a unanimous MVP selection.

I really think the NFL is fucking this up if they're going to keep charging $300+ for Sunday ticket. They have to know that streaming is going to be the primary way people watch their shit soon and they could cut out the cable companies and make bank since they will still have commercials. I really wish they would at least have an option to buy a single team + playoffs for like $120 or let you stream ala carte games for $5-$10 each. I'm happy to pay for football but if it's $350 plus the price of a YouTube TV subscription ($60 a month I think?) that's just too much.
