All I can keep thinking of is Carolina let Baker go because he 'wasn't working out' and traded up for Young who is 'working out ' so fucking well.

I gnawed them all off when Mahomes went down. Honestly a loss here and knowing he doesn’t have a torn ACL is helping the cope.
8-0. Almost half way to my prediction.

And EVERYONE will acknowledge the Tribal CHIEF!!!!

Tough for the Bucs. I feel like they're a lot better than their record but the loss of Godwin and Evans is so tough.

In my opinion, a dumb rule for overtime where the first team to correctly get a coin toss and score a touchdown wins the game. At least give the other team a do or die chance to possess the ball and try and tie it.

I agree the OT system is dumb. And I get the argument that it forces you to play D, but so would a system of of letting the other team respond or just playing a sudden death quarter.

I mean, that sounds great. I wish they would do that but at least that is the playoffs rule now thanks to 13 seconds.

That's also not the first time Bucs have lost to a coin toss this season. Whole season is scripted. Its cool I been a life long Lions fan since last season.

How surprising. Mahomes and the Chiefs drove it down for a TD to win in OT. Never could have seen that coming.

Shoulda gone for 2!

I haven't seen firm numbers since the change from first score (TD or FG), but my gut says Defense tires more than Offense over the course of a game, and thus the coin toss has too much of an impact on the end result.

As everyone says, just adopt the playoff rules all the time.

I mean, they changed it for the Super Bowl, why not just change it for all games?

CFB overtime is so good, I don't know why it hasn't been adopted by the NFL. It is literally all action, perfect for TV viewing. It just makes sense.

man this stretch of games has been such a buttfuck. hopefully they can beat the 49ers and head into the bye week at .500, 2nd half of the season is a cake walk compared to the first. like they get to play 5 games against 4 of the worst teams in the league (Carolina, Vegas, New Orleans, NYG), with Carolina being twice. remaining 2 games being against the Chargers and Cowboys, not terrible teams by any means but very inconsistent. 12-5 very doable but i dont trust this team to not go full retard at least once so 11-6. this is all assuming they even beat the 49ers next week.

edit: bye week is coming at a perfect time too, hopefully Evans and whoever else is banged up can be ready to roll for week 12.
