Well thank God they still had a useless timeout left after that PI put them on the 4 instead of being able to take a shot at the end zone.

Some extremely iffy PI calls in this game.

Meanwhile McLaurin gets mugged in our game and we couldn't buy a flag.

Very iffy PI there, underthrown badly Watson grabs the defender basically and still not that much contact.

Hate watching underthrown passes get rewarded like this all the time.

Hardly. I called out three specific coaches. And as much as I rag on him I don't know if I'd really call Shanahan an outright bad coach or just a wildly overrated mediocre one.

Some people haven't forgotten his involvement in 28-3.
I'd say he's a good play designer, but a horrible play caller. And obviously an absolutely atrocious leader, which is really one of the most important aspects of a HC.

dont disrespect the Negrobot
It's been a while since I've heard that term. I'll get slightly better sleep. He is so bad, any player or child in the stadium could do a better job. Fuck we suck but at least he's gone. Send him to Bama

It's not even just the having to tell them, since you can't have a running start the recovery rate has gone from shit to almost impossible.

Think there have been 2 this year?

The numbers I found show 3 successes for 38 attempts, which is actually higher at 7.89% than the last 2 years which were 4.23% and 5.36% success.

I remember it being somewhere close to 50% way back in the olden days. I didn't realize they had made changes over the years that fucked it up. In 2018 they banned the running start and success rates went from 20% to 8%

Rams in 1st place, just like everyone predicted when we started 1-4.
I'm pretty sure I called it early on. There was some concern after the early injuries, but shortly after that it was pretty clear they were the best team in the West.

Also, holy fuck Lions. That offense is going to need to put up 50 a game to continue to win.

As much as I rag on Campbell's poor decision making he's clearly an excellent leader. Even if I don't see him ever taking them all the way maybe it's good enough just to have a decade+ of consistent playoff contention to build some respect up for that franchise.
