Put them to work designing perpetual fidget spinnersSo my company has some mechanical engineers/designers with a dearth of work this year due to a large project getting pushed back. They all have 3d modeling experience, and I’ve been wracking my brain to find ways to keep them busy.
Does anyone have any idea if just the modeling/design (not fab) portion of this type of thing could be marketed? Or is that a non-starter due to it being easy enough most anyone can do it?
The free version of sketchup desktop was discontinued, but it was my favorite and pretty easy to learn for a newbie.
I think you can still get it if you search for something like "sketchup free 2017".
