I think he said that you can post whether you are paying or not but that non-paying accounts are going to have very limited visibility. So you could use it to post stuff on a small scale conversations for your friends but for popular threads that attract thousands of people you have to be verified to show up. If it puts a stop to bot farms trying to sway debates I'm all for it, I can't think of a better way.
I'd love for him to make twitter usable as a messenger service. I'm not a twitter user, I have never even had a twitter account but I would love to get rid of WhatsApp and be Facebook-free. Not that either is perfect but I'd rather add to Elon's billions than Facebook's.

So I had this generic 2d background and I wanted to add a horse to it.
Ain't nobody got time to hand draw that shit!1! So yeah just install the new Photoshop Beta > rectangular marquee tool, type Add a horse! and BOOM
Then I'm all like, "yeah fuck that gimme a castle, a lake, a bunny, change the sky and add a DRAGON too!"
Soon, I got bored and told it to give Mussolini a mustache.
All jokes aside, this shit is just getting started and it's already fucking amazing. It creates a "generative layer" with a mask and not only does it do a decent job, but offers you multiple choices and iterations.

If it makes you feel any better, I finally tried it and got it to "work" but the results were trash, at least when trying to capture from a video source. They're bad enough that it feels like I'm doing something wrong, but I don't see what it is. The guy's examples are all from webcam though, so that might work better, haven't tried that yet.

Here are the results of a runthrough at every frame and every 4 frames. I mean, it captures, but it would need a lot of cleanup.
If your source clip had a very clean, high-contract background and the motion had all limbs visible, it might be ok. Hard to find video like that unless you're making it yourself though.
The multiple webcam setup looks promising though, if you don't mind doing your own motion capture, haven't tried it though.
