You still haven't explained how making the government smaller/weaker will make what remains less easy to buy off, and also give it the necessary enforcement power to enact a breakup.

It is about weakening the federal government by vastly reducing its size and scope down to the original intentions of the founders so that it can be hyper focused on doing the few things it is specifically empowered to do, like motherfucking trust busting. When they only have the power to control a few things, it makes them easier to figure out when they are terrible at their job and way easier to replace.

If a government is weakened, then in turn that just increases the relative power of other entities, like corporations.
