Shitty preview but I have read all the books, hope it turns out good especially since Vince is dead.

saw this today, it was terrible. cliche, super predictable, and just plain boring as fuck. I had a real hard time telling the difference between the good guy (Dylan) and the bad guy (John Carter guy), they look like fucking brothers. Michael Keaton was horribly miscast and I love the guy.

Not even worth a watch at home, at least if it was jingoistically bad like Steven Seagull movies it would be fun, but it wasn't really even overtly "America, FUCK YEAH" or anything, I was sorta expecting an American Ninja kinda movie but against terrorists instead of ninjas. Nope. Just boring as fuck, and none of the characters felt like real spies/CIA, they all felt like really retarded Hollywood tropes.

thanks moviepass for saving me $10 but then again I spent 2 hours so whose the bigger fool

Yeah. I'll go with spronk's decision on this. Was planning on seeing it Tuesday for cheap ticket day, but I'll just hold out for American Made instead.

I watched it because I have ready every one of the books.

I was hoping for franchise material but yeah it’s never getting another movie in that series again.
