Now you could argue "Does Sexual Assault Belong in Muh Kids TV Space Adventure" I'd say this show has done enough of a job distancing itself from the fun kids side that it can grapple with complicated subjects man children pretend don't exist. Seemed perfectly natural an unattractive dude with power in a Fascist Dictatorship might try to use the small amount of power he does have over someone with even less. Notice he was a big pussy though and was always asking about the husband lol. Believe it or not people can be real shit IRL and in show.

I'm fine with it, people want to bring real life parallels in that's on them. Cant have grounded TV without shit being grounded. Oh and this shit was filmed over a year ago, you know before all this stuff with current ICE events. Fucking babies can't handle mature topics at all.

This isn’t a kids show, regardless as to core IP. Like was said before, best compliment you can give this show is even if you stripped out all the Star Wars elements, it would still be a good show

The current gen of young adults can't even bring themselves to say the word rape or sexual assault. It's always "SA". Even in face to face conversation they'll say SA. Fucking ridiculous. Most of these word restrictions come from advertisers and CC companies who will pull their financials and blacklist them at a vendor level if they allow the bad terms. Moneypushers can't have that kind of association.

It's a shame what the internet has turned into. Back before these large government sponsored media companies took over it was anything goes. I remember when Fark.com had to stop showing tits to get more ad money.

Well the tits are just a small part of the trending nanny state censorship. The internet went from anything goes to not even using bad words on the three biggest platforms. Finally sat down and watched this. Honestly a lot of the magic of the first season and its second half was gone. The completely lack of subtlety when that one guy was talking about imperial navy stuff and luthen basically looked like the emperor in movie three with his look of glee when he said spill the beans so I can tell the rebels was comedicly jarring from how well he's been used in the series before this.

Never mind that whole scene with dedra and mom just being completely retarded.

This show lacks the cohesion and build that worked in the first season, it just feels really sloppy. Still better than other starwars BS, but I feel like these last three episodes were just pointless tire spinning. Basically, this show is making the mistake that mandalorian made. Rather than focusing on one story arc and using those characters to dabble us in the greater story, they've switched to focusing on the overall story and turned the show into a shotgun of noise.

The show should have stuck with any one of the four or five different story lines and built that up as its own interesting thing.

Disappointed, but the show definitely isn't trash yet. C+
