If a level 10 is stupid enough to wander into a 30+ zone, yes. At 30, all zones are PVP zones. There opposite faction always shows as red, and you can kill each other without game-mechanic consequences. Same faction requires one person to "go bloodlust", whereby they turn purple, and can then gank. If they kill someone, they leave blood, which can be reported, which gives them crime/infamy, and with enough of that (I think it's 50? It doesn't take much) next time you die you go to trial. Is it truly open world PvP? Meaning a level 10 can get ganked by a 50 (like Ultima Online)? What's the worse thing that happens to murderer's if found guilty at trial?
I feel bad asking for help. Everyone's busy doing their things. It took about 45 minutes of begging to even get someone help me swap my small house to a large farm. I'm just a little behind on lumber because I kept my grape/banana plants up for a while to hand out, and planted a lot of mushrooms for a couple of days too to feed the guild, before swapping to the 4 trees / 8 mushroom layout that I have now.If you don't have enough lumber be sure to ask around in guild chat for it. Right now we have so much aspen there's no reason for someone to chug along with their small farm putting their aspennies together (See what I did there? triple entrende).
Sounds like fun, hopefully one of these days (weeks?) these queues will allow me to play.If a level 10 is stupid enough to wander into a 30+ zone, yes. At 30, all zones are PVP zones. If found guilty, crime points go away I think, but infamy stays. Depending on how many crime points you had racked up, your sentence can be longer. If you have ALOT of it, it can be hours and hours. You HAVE to spend that time IN GAME in jail. You can, of course, bust out of jail, but the debuff you get lasts the whole duration, and prevents you from using skills. I *think* you can still do farmville shit though, use your mounts, etc - just no fighting.
Enough infamy, and you're a pirate, everyone can attack you always, and all guards on both continents hate you.
Edit: Note that the 30+ zones go through cycles. Enough fighting, the tension level (visible on screen when in the zone) moves it to war, whereby opposite faction killing gives you honor. After war ends (an hour or two?), the zone enters a peace mode where NO pvp can occur (to give people time to level up on their quests instead of the first 50s cockblocking the entire server). After that, tension starts mounting again (I *think* tension naturally goes up, but goes up faster is more fighting is happening).

I agree, It used to be valued as a sort of afk-labor dump with auto-hotkey macros. That was back when mushrooms and stuff were dirt cheap and not worth spending labor on.The potato uproot leveling made no sense to me before I understood the game and makes even less sense now. There's so much important shit to spend labor on, blowing it on uprooting potato's seems like a waste.
Did this for the first time today, I'm also labor starved now and will probably continue to be so indefinitely.I left my comp on over night in the character select screen, haven't been kicked, I think the only time I was kicked from it was during unplanned maintenance.
Have you made alts yet so you can use more than one labor potion during the 12hr cooldown?Did this for the first time today, I'm also labor starved now and will probably continue to be so indefinitely.
That was me yesterday. Started my queue 3 hours before getting home from work only to find myself disconnected by the gods. Start the queue back up at 4:20pm, finally got into game around 9pm. Once I was finally in, most of the desire I actually had to play the game had left.Have you made alts yet so you can use more than one labor potion during the 12hr cooldown?
I haven't, I'm having a hard time caring about this game.
No. I don't want to spend $$$ on temporary labor.Have you made alts yet so you can use more than one labor potion during the 12hr cooldown?

You broke Tuco? Go muscle some gold from the crafters for labor pots. They aren't that pricy on the AH.No. I don't want to spend $$$ on temporary labor.
This game hasn't even started yet. Though I probably wouldn't care either if I did the same shit I'm doing now in alpha and didn't have a community to play with. You should join one of the big Western guilds and guide them to warfare.
any source?Ultra Edit: Apparently you can change the AFK kick timer to whatever time you want in the .cfg file. ROFLLLLL
