Lots of great albums listed here. Not many bands making actual albums anymore, more like a collection of singles.

Some of my favorite, post 2000 albums are:

The Veils - Nux Vomica
Fruit Bats - Absolute Loser
Jim James - Regions of Light and Sound of God
Josh Ritter - Sermon on the Rocks
Menomena - I am the Fun Blame Monster
Ratatat - Classics
Shovels & Rope - O' Be Joyful

Always have to mention one of my favorite albums of all time, Faith No More - Angel Dust

Fashion Nugget is dope but I actually like Comfort Eagle more.

And I will have to disagree with you both and say the album of theirs I can always listen straight through is Prolonging the Magic...
Cake "Prolonging The Magic" 1998 Full Album - YouTube

As for other albums that I haven't seen yet that are on that tier for me :
Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense (might not really count as it's a concert/live album featuring tracks from a lot of albums)
Public Enemy - It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back.
Paul Simon - Graceland

And yeah, I'm also an Old.

The first two albums that sprung to mind were the aforementioned OK Computer by Radiohead and the now 20 years old pillar of IDM the untitled 5th album of Autechre (usually called LP5). Some tracks are more difficult than others though.

Thinking a little bit more, I would like to add a concept album by french singer Camille called Le fil. There is no full album on youTube but there is a playlist.

Both Raconteurs albums too. Definitely Jack White's best material.

The Raconteurs are really the only Jack White material I like.

Probably one of the best albums of all time.

This one's a personal favorite, but I fell in love with her voice in college, and have never looked back.
