which is kinda fucking stupid. I was fucking with lyrical in the flash thread about spoilers. Tarrant seems to enforce this ambiguous standard randomly. I mean shit people talk about current goings on in every show thread without spoilers, but a show that is directly related to one off air, which has shots fully past the conclusion of BB is somehow spoiler?

Really liked this week's episode, just caught it last night as I've been really busy.

The little Mike stealing money montage along with the wife's reaction next day was priceless. Feel bad for the husband as I feel like she's the one who pushed him for this. Mothafucka trying to play my man Saul.

Are we really not allowed to post spoilers from a show that ended 1.5 years ago? In a thread of a series based in the same universe? Is this to appease some purist hipsters who refuse to watch the pinnacle of modern day television?
Based on the below, I'm pretty sure tarrant ruled that it would be OK inside of spoiler tags. So have at it.

I don't care about breaking bad spoilers per say, I care about people using what happened in breaking bad and posting it here and giving away what eventually happens to the characters here in this show there by spoiling this show by default.

If people are okay with spoiler tags then that's fine.

Actually no it's different, BCS is a spinoff of the main series BB, while GOT(HBO) is a tv adaptation of a 20year book series
You're gunna have to cut him some slack, he's obviously verclempt at the thought of anyone not liking every single one of his lousy media choices. He wants to lash out, but isn't smart enough to do it intelligently.

One of these days, when I'm really in a trolling mood, I'll explain to him why my opinion on TV shows is officially more important than his. But that's gunna wait till the season ends.

If someone has no intention of going back and watching Breaking Bad, I don't really see why spoilers would matter. You're not really spoiling anything for them in that case since they presumably don't care enough about the show for these things to impact them.

And if someone does want to go back and watch Breaking Bad at some point, this probably isn't the best thread to be reading. It's hard to discuss this show without putting it in the context of Breaking Bad since Gilligan and co. are very obviously writing in references so these characters make sense. And these things are just going to become more and more prevalent as the show's timeline moves closer to Breaking Bad's events. It's going to become tiring trying to figure out what can and cannot be discussed without using spoiler tags. Besides, the writers have said BCS will eventually take place during BB's events, so BCS will likely eventually be spoiling BB itself.

Now there's accounting proof that Chuck is helping an outside lawyer with a major case. Which is against his contract. Unless Chuck takes a buyout.

Not only that, but Jimmy's whole position was that Chuck couldn't work in his condition and needed to be bought out of his partnership, now he's going to screw that up and probably give his brother a fatal aneurysm in the process. If there's one thing we learn from Vince Gilligan it's that there will be no sustained happiness in the state of New Mexico on his watch.

saul also just went from a quick million buck settlement to a potentially drawn out trial. a trial that saul cant possibly afford.

I could definitely see something like him winning the case, then Jimmy deciding it was all pro bono just so Hamlin isn't entitled to any.

how much clout does chuck have that just the mention of his name can force the company's main lawyer and 2 lawyer thugs to go visit a dank ass house and acquiesce to crazy demands like leaving electronics in the car?

also damn this eps was really building up chuck and saul and just how saul has been clinging to his promise to his brother all that time.

Also remember, saul gets relocated to Nebraska, something to keep in mind.

Saul said Chuck can do pro bono work with outside counsel. So long as Chuck does not profit from this case, it would seem he wouldn't be in violation of that.

I'm thinking it's going to be more along the lines of Chuck being side-lined due to accusations that he's unfit to practice law because of an illness that can be shown to be entirely in his head. I'm sort of wondering if that's how Kim screws over Saul considering she's currently one of the few people that knows that. And if something like that can lead to Chuck being disbarred... what happens to his share of HHM?

Chuck's name has been shown to carry some clout in the past. It's part of the reason Hamlin didn't want Saul using the McGill last name, and also the reason the opposing lawyer was willing to discuss the case with Saul in the first place. Before Chuck got sick, it seems like he was a well-respected and high-profile lawyer, possibly also a bit of a shark.

hopefully before the end of the season, something good happens to jimmy. so far every one of his schemes has worked great, for other people. basically jimmy's law practice is doing great while jimmy himself is breaking even or losing money. comne on guys, give him something.

I bet this ends up being the reason they end up working it with Chuck's law firm. You need a large staff and some seed money for up front expenses on a case like that.

That blonde lawyer chick is going to stab in him the back somehow.

And then he will go Saul on her ass.
