5) The Miller's bunker @ Big John's salvage for the feels
I'll see your Miller's bunker and raise you Fallons distress signal-
Gets to me almost as badly as Fry's dog, and not nearly as nicely.

Grim Dawn doesn't have random maps I think? Would be a dealbreaker for me.
The maps are "slightly" randomized. They have a bunch of spots where rocks/carts/whatever can spawn and block the path, so while the map itself is the same, you might have to go right, center or left through some part of it. You can backtrack and clear the blocked ways if you want though and the rest of it isn't randomized at all other than what you mentionned(I think, no idea haven't bought it). Game was definitely solid though especially since the price isn't really high. It is however not as good as Titan Quest imo, even though it's a lot less shit to play since it isn't 10years old or whatever TQ is. But I liked TQ class design and item systems a lot more(that said I mostly only played the heavily modded version of TQ so it might be about the same/better than vanilla, just worse than modded TQ imo). There's a DLC which gives you something which looks akin to the rifts from D3, going off the trailer (I haven't played it, but it's only $5). But otherwise yeah, not randomized. It's still a great fucking game though, amazing class system and I love the crap out of the Arcanum meets Warhammer meets Lovecraft meets Diablo setting - game has a great vibe, and they did a great job at scattering the lore in little bits over the game, much like the first Diablo.
Maybe not a popular opinion but I think it beats the crap out of Path of Exile.
Mass Effect has the Vanguard class for people who get bored popping up and down behind waist-high objects. It doesn't really take off until the second game though, where the cooldowns are much shorter and abilities are better overall.
Teleport smash -> melee (activates bonus shield + stuns) -> shotgun to face.
It's also the best way to play Bioshock Infinite.
Dishonored.
i played through the end of the whore house level and cannot for the life of me understand the appeal of this game or why so many people raved about it? am i playing it wrong or something?
i see a ton of comparisons to Deus Ex and I played and beat the original at least 10x and loved it.
Sorta with ya. I liked it a bit more than you (I finished it), however I dont get the craze for it.
i liked DX's conspiracy theory/cyber punk theme - i cannot get into Dishonored's retro hipster whalepunk theme, its hilariously ridiculous.
i liked DX's plot - DH's plot is tired and rehashed
DX had cool aug's etc - DH's magic shit just seems ridiculous to me in a game where im hunted by Steampunk Hunter Killers robots
