No, my wife and I have been in real estate since 2013, that has been our diversification.
I dabbled in BTC when I was in my late 20's and it was around $100 a coin and sold at $120 without ever looking back. I have a 7 year old $6500 play into a shitcoin that is currently worth $35k and I am happy with that.
Your boy is a clout chaser; it is all he cares about. He wants people to think he is smart, handsome, rich, and worth paying attention to; when in reality he is just about the worst possible role model for struggling young men to find. His advice is never helpful to anyone but his image.
