Completed 4-man Poh tonight. It is definitely quite tough, but still easy enough to PuG. Just for the love of Hajoon, make sure you have a tank (Blade Master, Kung-Fu Master, or Summoner) and a Force Master with you, or it's not going to be fun at all.

They did such a shit job on the english voice acting. I grabbed the Japanese patchhere. All the blue quests have voice overs in the Japanese pack as well as a bunch of the random NPCs.

Most popular? I barely ever see any in the world, dungeons, or arena

See tons of assassins, destroyers and blade dancers.
There are various polls around that all show BM as the most popular class. Admittedly they are not recent, so perhaps that isn't true anymore. On the bottom of those polls is always Destroyer and Summoner.

I take back everything I said about summoners in the arena. I got matched up against a destroyer today and it was about a million times more frustrating and anti-fun than going up against a summoner.

Yeah, destroyer seems pretty op so far. I haven't actually lost a 1v1 yet, in like 6 matches. I did lose my first round against summoner, but after that I just raped his cat asap, and it becomes easy-mode. Blade guys have some annoying cc, but their damage just tickles. Assassins can do some decent damage, and are slippery, but with so many ways to grab and aoe they're not too scary either.

Also, for pve, destroyer damage is pretty good with animation cancelling lb+rb, once you spec rb for maximum boost. And grab specced for focus recovery feels so cheap on bosses, make sure you're holding for close to the full 6 seconds every time, don't be a bad who just tosses the boss in the air right away. It mitigates a lot of party damage and is a free burn phase every time its off CD.

Does anyone have a guide with what to do with all these items? Crafting mats, how to unseal weapons/ breakthrough and all that nonsense? Also I apparently need to turn in these Viridian stones for gear... but I haven't found any applicable vendors yet.

The Viridian stone vendor is in Jadestone next to the bulletin board, I never spent mine on anything so I just converted them to cinderland stones later instead.

Here is a somewhat guide for weapon leveling:http://www.bladeandsoulzone.com/weap...ormation-path/

Also, what the hell at the onions or whatever costing almost 6 silver each? Is there any other food/item to get to restore back to full HP because at level 14 I can't even afford to buy one yet.

Zone tokens:

Viridian : Jaedstone village, top area - Buy the 8 Soul Shields @ level 20
Cinderlands : Yhera's Mirage, next to the wheel - Buy breakthrough weapon + Soul Shields(if you need them, I just used pinchy set)
Moonwater: The pig town(Forgot the name) next to the wheel - Buy 41 Soul Shield(used to buy belt @ 50, but can run Poh6 or 24 and get a belt easily).

Crafting mats off the top of my head:
Soulstones- Probably one of the more important ones. Need to many for crafting + later evolving. Gotten via dailies(pvp, tomb of exile) and some chests(mistywoods ogre + dragon chest will give them).
Moonwater Tears - Drops off final bosses in the 4 big blue dungeons. Needed for Later crafting. Around 17-20s each last I looked on AH, so people in dungeons usually drive bid to 20-30s since the drops are always in 2s.
Recipes- These drops from dungeons of each zone. They unlock more things to craft. Some are very important, like the merry potter moonwater one(which sells for 80-100g) others are pretty useless.

Everything else is just gathered yourself(world nodes) or gathered via the crafting interface.

Weapon/Accessory Upgrade:

Breakthrough - These items are used when your weapon or one of your accessories reaches max level 5. You will need appropriate item listed to break through to level 6. This doesn't change the look and sacrifices the breakthrough item. You can shift click your gear see what is going to be used for the breakthrough, you can then click that item to see where it drops. All gear used for breakthrough will be tagged as such on the item itself(will say "Breakthrough material", so don't use them for fodder or throw them away until you are sure you don't need them anymore.

Evolve - These items are for when your weapon or accessories reach max level 10. Everything is the same as the breakthrough except this will change the look of the weapon and starts the whole process over again with the new "tier" of item. These items are tagged with "Evolution Material". So don't fodder or get rid of until you need it.

Getting that out of the way.

- Don't unseal anything that isn't a breakthrough or evolve item. You will just waste charms. Only those items will need to be unsealed when you go to use them at the time they are required.

- You can shift click your gear and follow its progression path. In the left most tab of your gears window is the progression tab. It will show your weapon on the left, and on the right show progression. You will see the breakthrough item needed first. Next line, iirc, shows current item + evolve item = new item. You can shift click any of the links of items to see where they drop. You can shift click on the new item to then follow its progression, so you know what you will need in the future. This is good so you know which chests need to be opened or saved, so you don't waste too many keys at the start(keys become very easy to get once you start doing dailies).

- Plan your soul shield path out in advance. So you don't use any more unsealing charms then you have too. You will need them later, unless you just want to pay 10s each from the vendor(for some reason players sell them for higher then vendor cost on AH). I really wouldn't try for the Narrows/Exile soul shields unless you reallly really want them. They are not that needed and will just burn charms. Wheel and token soul shields cost no charms so those are usually the best to do and easily get you by through the game.

Here's the path I used. First wheel > Level 20 Viridian Token set > Pinchy Set > Level 41 Moonwater token set > Soul of Dead wheel Set. Then @ 50. You get moonwater arena set in less then a day(takes 160 insignias from farming enemy factions leaders in their base in misty woods). Then farm up spider crit set + Poharan set. Going to use Spider crit to fuse with moonwater + poharan(so I need 2 complete sets). Worst part is I will need 56 unsealing charms for it, just for soul shields.

All I can think of atm. Not in game so can't give exact data and all off the top of my head. Might of easily missed something.

Also, what the hell at the onions or whatever costing almost 6 silver each? Is there any other food/item to get to restore back to full HP because at level 14 I can't even afford to buy one yet.
Check AH. Might be cheaper there. You shouldn't really use a lot of dumplings and/or pots leveling up, especially at the lower levels. I didn't really start to burn through them until I started fighting dragons and ogres. For leveling up , a life drain gem + moves with heal % is easily enough to get by.

Are you on mushin? I can get you a life drain gem pretty easily(you get one in a survey sometime , think its around level 30).

Nah I'm on Gunma or whatever. I don't think the BD has any life drain or defense moves, just gotta weave knockdowns it seems.

Just bought one for 2.9S on the AH. Pretty sweet already as I'm running 36% crit right now.

OK, so is it worth it to just buy a bunch of the 10c stalker lynblades and just get my sword up to rank 10? It's rank 6 at the moment. Should I unseal anything for the hongmoon jewelry, at least to get it to rank 5? I have this hongmoon gemstone that appears to only work in jewelry and the ring seems the best stat wise evasion/crit/attack power.

You never unseal anything unless it's a breakthrough or evolve material. Seals are very valuable and you'll need a lot later in the game.

It's generally not worth it buying stuff to feed to your weapon, however at low level with the super low prices, sure why not. At 10c+1c for the feed or whatever, it's basically nothing. It'll make your leveling faster too.

As for the jewelry upgrade, it seems that you don't want to upgrade your earring cause you get a better one than Hongmoon in the endgame easy dungeon, so you can leave it at 1. The ring is definitely the best one to upgrade. The necklace is alright. You'll probably want to stop upgrading them at around lvl 40 anyway as the gains are low compared to the price it costs to upgrade shit, but it can be worth upgrading the ring while lvling for crit rate since most classes depend on crit. Note that it'll involve having to do certain dungeons for the breakthrough rings.

OK, but how do you get from level say 6 to 10 to do the evolve if you never unseal or buy anything?

Oh, derp, you can use UNSEALED items and apparently they seem to be about the same efficacy.

The earring? Iirc thats the one you want to upgrade. The ring is replaced with blackwyrm(but its from a rng boxed with keys from a different rng box) and you use dreadtide neck iirc. At least that's what I've read a few times. I never got to that point personally.
