For Descent fans, they just released Road to Legend. A tablet app that takes the place of the Overlord to allow solo and full co-op play.
It also has the effect of lightening your wallet. Since it incorporates all of the expansion content you have. Ordered 3 of the big box expansions :/

Played T.I.M.E. Stories this weekend. Game was so awesome. Everyone who played enjoyed it. The story and mechanics were all awesome. Highly recommend.

5 hours left on Dark Souls Kickstarter, they just announced they will be adding a campaign mode. I'm guessing that will get some more people on board who thought single encounters were too shallow. They'll be over $5 million very soon, pretty successful Kickstarter!
I really want to back Dark Souls, but I just don't know if I have the board gamer crowd in my life to justify the money...
I went ahead and backed it. I couldn't pass up the game and all of the stretch goal stuff...the minis, so many minis.

Feel like we're going to see it everywhere when it ships. They're letting you late-back it and still get the game and all stretch goals for 80 pounds, and they sold 800 retailer 6-packs that have a 4-week window in stores before the other backer copies go out.

They quoted something reasonable like $11 or so to the continental US (7 british pounds, I think?)

In that case im going to late back it then. Was worried itd cost as much in shipping as it was to back it.
Unrelated I finally got to play cosmic encounters. It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed the randomness of it. Fortunately it doesn't take long if you end up stuck with a shitty power.

The store backers don't get it before individual backers, they just get it four weeks ahead of other retailers.
I agree this thing is going to be everywhere though. 800 retail backers times 6 boxes each, plus massive amount of individuals. This wasn't some under the radar campaign like KDM. I think the ebayers won't do to well with this one unless SFG runs into some big production issues.
