Just goes to show how idiotic and stupid our legal system is.I'm surprised WMD is even a legal term, much less defined as 'explosive device'. Weapon and Destruction are redundant and mass isn't an indicator of anything.
Well if you place a bomb where 2000 people are gathered shoulder to shoulder wouldn't that be considered "mass destruction"?are they fucking for real with "use of weapon of mass destruction"?
That seems like a giant misstep.
Not if it only kills a few people.Well if you place a bomb where 2000 people are gathered shoulder to shoulder wouldn't that be considered "mass destruction"?
You do realize that IEDs are very terrible weapons in terms of actual death and destruction, right? They would of killed more people if they tried running them over with cars or just randomly fired into the crowd with a gun.Well if you place a bomb where 2000 people are gathered shoulder to shoulder wouldn't that be considered "mass destruction"?
Timothy McVeigh was charged, and convicted, of Conspiracy to Use a , and Use of, Weapon of Mass Destruction, among his other charges.I'm surprised WMD is even a legal term, much less defined as 'explosive device'. Weapon and Destruction are redundant and mass isn't an indicator of anything.
Second most powerful in terms of what? Jigawatts? It shut down the second most powerful east coast city for 3 days. How's that for destruction.
Even Philly has a larger GDP. The only thing that Boston could hope to place 2nd in is DUIsI guess he is correct. Boston's economic output is pretty awesome for the size of the city.
/googlefu
Except it wasn't the IED's that shut anything down. Only a few blocks were shut down, after the marathon. The city was shut down for a man hunt.It shut down the second most powerful east coast city for 3 days. How's that for destruction.
Haha, I lived in Portland. You must remember Drexler and boys playing you guys for the title. You whopped our ass.....sigh.....Nah, I lived in Chicago during the six championships. Those championships happened during my preteen and teenage years. I remember every playoff fadeaway and dunk.
