the photo probably just showed the beginning of the arrival. cop cars may have been following the bikes. a better question is why so many State cops are at MIT right niow

The obvious solution is to ban all cable news from 11 am to 4 pm and from 11 pm to 4 am, instead mandating that, in place of said coverage, a mandatory minimum of 3 hours of COPS reruns should be used as filler.

Because cable tv can always use more Cops reruns.
