Boston for as slow as they are going at least appear to be competent and are trying to protect the citizens, unlike the LAPD. That old man with the garage door opener would have been at the coroner if this was in LA.
To be fair, he could have also bled out in a ditch 15 hours ago and they've just not found the body yet.
