Anyone with space on their friends list run a maxed Mikael as a friend leader? I had one I used for near everything but he recently updated his leader to Elza. Mikael friend is so nice for raids and some trials/ggc. Party status immune, lots of def buffs, bc boosts, single target sbb, etc.

A little out of the loop on account of family shit, but pulled 5 times tonight and got a bunch of trash and Gildorf, who seems kinda like one of those vday units. Not sure what to think of him yet

Best unit of the batch. His sbb has a single target and an aoe attack so it doubles up damage on the target you are focusing on. Great for trials, killing specific parts in raids, and nuking in general.

Whoa, seriously? I wasn't sure what to make of the SBB description. It definitely reads as if it hits the target twice, but that's not a mechanic I've encountered before.

Do I need one of each of the starters? Is it worth getting multiple of the same starters? I pulled another Selena (Anima, already have max breaker).
The dream stuff is confusing... the SP character customization I sort of get but the spark on dream with other units is fucked up.
If i don't have a few of the starts whats the best way to get? Just spam Honor summons and hope for the best?

I think everyone gets a selena from the level up campaign (maybe just mifune and laario). But that's how I'd gotten them.

Lol, at least you noticed it happen. I just found out I must have had a loss sometime recently. Losing is so infrequent I guess I just don't even look at the results anymore.
Any reason not to summon today if I don't have Drevas, Laberd, or Lafiel?
I've wanted Drevas for a while; had to look up Laberd and Lafiel were unfamiliar to me (like I said, haven't really had a chance to keep up with the game for a month or so) but they seem killer.

Did two, got Lafiel (G), who seems really solid but her lack of ailment cure really fuck me up. Not sure what to do with her. Drevas was really the one I kinda wanted, even if he's older.
I was thinking Lafiel would be a good paring with 4 dark element folks to go against light element bosses since you get the added damage but don't lose in the trades of light v dark as much.
I use Labard on most hard content but i also only can afford a 4 man team of 7* stars still so
Almost have my war blade complete so happy about that! Playing in the back ground as i focus on medal masters since its got that nice new feeling

If you have some very specific units XieJing trial can be 1 turn killed. Here's avideoof it. I tried the 1 turn kill, but was missing some of the units, and the squad I brought only got her to ~20% or so, which meant she instantly killed me on her turn (due to triggering all her thresholds at once).
Overall, the XieJing trial is actually easy from a power standpoint, it's just extremely based on hp triggers and turn counting. If you execute properly, you can beat her with almost any well synergized party. Been a bit since I've beaten that one, but from memory she spawns adds that have like 1 hp and have to be kept alive for a few turns, then you have to kill all the adds + her helper at once to interrupt her super attack on a specific turn count. A unit with a single target iSBB (like Lillith) and a healer and/or mitigator that doesn't attack and can fill their bb gauge without attacking (like charla or elimo with something like eremorns aegis and sacred crystal) are a huge help.
Short version, use a guide, follow the steps exactly, and you should beat it without too much issue.
