The guys in the guild are pretty legit, did quite a few heroics and a couple arenas last night while trying to rebuild my bankroll (had to sac it down to 50k for the transfer).

a_skeleton_03 has a bad day today and I know a lot of people sent tells about transferring who I sent to him. For now here is some information on what kind of schedule we are currently running for all of those who sent tells this weekend about coming over to raid with us. I cant answer if you should transfer but I can help you make your own decision, I would reach out to a_skeleton_03 with more questions.
Normal Raiding Schedule
Weds + Thurs (We continue Thurs what we couldn't kill on Thurs)
Saturday (For those who cannot raid during the week, it goes from 6-9 but later if you want to stay and are capable of killing what were working on)
Expectations are that you are 630 ilvl minimum, properly enchanted, and you bring consumables.
You know the mechanics at this point or have watched the video since on normal we are 6.7 out of 7.
No roles are reserved really, if you have an offspec geared it only helps you and the raid to be flexible
Heroic & Mythic Raiding
Monday, Tuesday, some Fridays
You need to be minimum ilvl 640, properly enchanted in all slots, & bring your proper consumables.
DPS needs to be minimum at around 18-20k sustained
Healers need to be able to hold 34-40k+ hps or at least be equal with the other healers in output
You have a clear understanding of all of the normal mechanics and do not have any issues with those mechanics

It's casual because you don't have to raid at all if you don't want to, but can still be in the guild.

I appreciate that type of schedule, I can't make normal wed or normal sat (bowling) and I've got some work to do on my ilvl and dps (628 ~ 15-17k raid current)
It'll be a bit before I can get up to speed with the core group.

I wasn't making a criticism lads, so unwind the twist from your panties. Just a simple observation looking at all the nights lol, that is looks like a lot, nothing else. No intention of rustling jimmies. Sheesh, I am one of those people who can only make one night a week.

Not that everyone doesn't know this but some kind of magic spell is cast on a raid once you have downed a mob that makes it all of a sudden simple. We should have the normal stuff dead within an hour or more if we can get the main raids through 7/7 this week.

By the way for those tonight who are interested like me in finishing Imperator I am running with my cross server friends again at around 10pm EST. You either need to know the fight through P4 or be someone who generally doesn't have problems with mechanics and keeping up on your roles meters.
It would be nice to have the 15ish from Saturday who got him almost dead join us again to ensure a kill tonight.

I'm getting close, I crafted my breastplate so I am up to 625, if I can get bracers and a weapon I'll be past 630 and ready to go.
Should I reroll the breastplate? Could certainly end up worse than mastery/versatility.

Another thing with the raiding is that WoW has made it really easy to throw together pugs to where no one should really have trouble getting their normal boss clears every week. Just last night Fay was behind and put together a pickup group that was maybe 70% guild members that did Tectus and Twins. I went with no real incentive to (already on the 6 guild kills and no bonus) simply because I like raiding and this early in the raid like the practice. I'll pretty much always be up for that sort of thing on off nights for people that can't make the normal schedule. I would assume other people would too. You're talking maybe a couple hours time commitment max once the raid gets on farm status.

edit... not sure what spec you actually are then, it says ret but your picture is in tank gear lol. (its good for prot, not so much for ret.)

double edit, i'm almost 100 on my mage, i'll probably do saturdays with him once hes geared up as well. That would be a nice change of pace from healing once a week lol

Been doing both depending on whats needed. My prot gear is about 5 ilvls behind my ret gear.

@Cad don't worry about it honestly, I wear whatever I get as its going to get replaced if you plan on raiding anyway pretty soon. Once you are 630 I would focus on CM's also until you are closer to 640, most people have them down now and its free loot daily.
