I think he's making fun of the situation last week when no one knew exactly when the raid started. A kink which has been worked out.
No you aren't getting shit about that. You are getting shit about doing 100 pugs a week but a scheduled raid is impossible to PUG or do. When it's Saturday night after you have done 100 pugs all week the excuse is "we didn't have healers, we would have had to pug them" ....
You are getting shit because you "want" to be mythic but if you don't cary/weed out the people in the guild you aren't going to find 20 people. When/if that is done and there is recruiting no recruit is going to stay one week if every time they do log on for the gear up raid to get more heroic gear to help in mythic there isn't one because it was pug'ed earlier in the day. Too bad.
You are getting shit because as much as you think you are the bee's knees for pugging you aren't a team player in the slightest. That is not how you build a mythic group or any group.

By the way I will be online at 6 PST tonight and attempting a normal raid with whomever logs on, like I scheduled. If you did it earlier assuming there wouldn't be one that is fine, nobody is forcing you to come or even guilting you. I expect people to have lives and be casual in this guild.

I think disc priest is getting a lot of good vibes. Druid is good for their cooldown. I don't know how Paladins and Shamans do.

Yeah monks aren't real healers.
Your Saturday raid isn't rubbing anyone wrong at all. It's scheduled, it's organized, it's inclusive of everyone that it can, pretty much the perfect raid just too early for me or I would bring alts.

monk healer is amazing, yall Wakandans don't even know~
we just don't have OP PW:S and raid cooldowns we can cycle through, however the sheer amount of healing renewing mists + uplift and RJW does is pretty damn amazing. They can also ignore a lot of natural "ranged/healer" raid mechanics. (i can ignore getting targeted on impregnator by the mines the entire fight as i'll never be targeted by it, never get crystal barraged by tectus etc)

So are there scheduled raids? I'm really hoping my guild ramps up now that the holidays are over, but if not I may be looking. I can't do yolo raiding though so if there are scheduled raids after 6:30pm PST that would be ideal. Monday's and Tuesday's I can start earlier. Saturday is a no go.
I'd really like to roll with a consistent team who enjoys each other's company over killing shit at all cost. Cause I could really give a shit about getting gear or downing bosses at lightning speed. Not that I want to bang my head on a wall either. Casual but competent is what I'm looking for.

I'm all WoW'd out but as of a few weeks ago that is exactly what the guild was. Can't imagine it has changed much.

The past couple weeks have been a mess with the holidays and it has made it so raids just kind of happened when people were online and available. Things will be switching to more formal now. Wed/Sat all guild runs will start back up as scheduled and then Tuesday Heroic and Sunday Mythic progression for people that can meet raid requirements.
