Mythic raiding is only Sorrows, Hist, & I who were interested. Hist came here with the hopes of doing Mythic and we realized we were the outliers and were going to xfer back 2 weeks ago. Hist now has agreed to lead and were going to try here and have a couple of mythic friends come over like the Warrior last night. (hes my guilds raid leader, knows his shit)
Whats crazy too is Hist has done 3 Heroic Imps this week HE led where I wasnt even on, sounds like people are missing more than one.

I know I talked about it with him last night after we all did, I'm keeping him here as long as I can. My preference would be to stay here but I am going where he does. I think we're good, we have pugs coming over it sounds like. Brewbolas Shaman buddy and Lenaldo were people we ran through this week that are about to be ready as well.

It's a bot, i figured it was just for BGs lol. Its very obvious on maps where you can ledge jump (the 4 power balls map), if they're botting the bot wont jump into the center with you, they'll go around and take the stairs in a very bot like fashion lol
I've got no problem helping people learn fights or letting them know what they need to do - that's part of raiding. What I do have a problem with is a full-on carry, where someone doesn't even bother to read up on the fights and just wants a loot pinata. That's being lazy and I'm not interested in giving free rides, mostly because it ends up being a wipefest. WoW provides every single ability for every dungeon and raid now, so there's really no excuse for not having a general idea of what happens. My warlock doesn't do great DPS right now, but I don't screw up Butcher stacks, I don't train red gas through on Tectus, I don't insta-die on Twins from fire, etc. When I'm doing bad or the raid isn't going well, I offer to switch to another character before anyone mentions it to me. I don't even care if people screw stuff up, but ask questions or say something if you need an explanation. When someone sits silent and doesn't bother to ask what they need to do to not screw up, I assume they know the fight and won't make major mistakes.
Right now, there's a set of people who have proven they can do their job(s) well in raids. If you want to learn the fights, or you already know them and think you can do well, just ask when the next raid is or try to organize something and ask people to go. No one is going to go out of their way to invite you if they haven't played with you before.

The only thing I'll say is that this "friends" crew that is running heroic and has some people divided are the ones that were in Highmaul on the day it was available in 617 gear wiping our way to Imperitor. Sorrows, who pushes for top DPS now, has like 190 combined deaths between Normal/Heroic Imp either with us, his prior guild or pugs. This isn't a group that formed up, made a clique and is sitting back laughing and intentionally leaving people out. We're in 660 gear doing Heroic and that Imp fight still isn't even a promised kill yet.
I think stuff like Noddle's Saturday raid is the best thing possible for the guild. Groups that aren't afraid to form up and take the time to learn the fights. That'll make things all the more easier once we all combine to clear stuff together. And on off nights there's no reason this can't happen more. I'll come along whenever, but it's pretty easy to form up with 5-7 people in guild then group finder the rest. That tool is extremely active and is how we have made it through almost all of our clears with such a healer shortage.
Still think things will become more stable starting next week.

Just in case I'm giving off the wrong impression - I'm not looking for a carry or anything and consider myself perfectly competent. I'm still in the 640 area though and want to get in with a team that is working from a similar point and wants to progress together rather than have everyone pug normals and heroics and then only work together for mythic.

We ran like 5 normals yesterday JT and also a heroic with a 640 crew that almost went 6/7, they wiped to Kograh with 300k. The other crew wiped to imperator with 100k left that was also 640-650 yesterday. People are capable and are just running at all hours. Please dont let a couple of people stomping their feet give you the impression anything is broken.
@Mythic, the warrior we met at heroic imp and his resto druid are incoming as transfers for mythic. Pretty cool we can add 2 more 670 people to the list.

I hope you're right. I don't care whether or not there's a 'clique', my problem is that the heroic raids have been unscheduled up to this point. I have been missing them because there's no reason for me to log into WoW at this point unless it's to do a raid, and the only reason I make an effort to do normal is to help other people out. I tried to get into the alt thing like everybody else, but I just can't do it. And remote chat on my phone doesn't appear to actually work, tried it on New Year's Day and apparently it just stops receiving guild chat after a while. So I'm glad to see heroic/mythic are being put on the calendar now.
I very likely won't be able to make the Saturday morning raid this week. Shitty weather pushed all the family/holiday stuff I have to do from Wed/Thurs to Sat/Sun. I can make the night raids though, so hopefully they happen this week.

Nothing is broken, no one said that. No one deguilded*either, but its ignorant to think nothing is being said behind each others backs when theyre ignored in guild chat and in tells. Thats from listening to both sides. I personally just want that petty shit to stop. Ive grouped with the guys being left out and raided with them (some for years now) and they arent bad players, nor do they have a shitty attitude. Personal clashes happen in a guild, but Im sure adults can work it out. Thats really all I was trying to say in my last post.

If I didn't love my guild folks I would xfer my hunter over to join you guys. If Noodle's sat am thing ends up going mythic I might have to start playing my original hunter (was on Hyjal when WOW started) again to gear up and roll with you guys. But for the time being I really liked our normal run and can play with you guys through heroics too. Sucks giant floppy donkey dick that blizz locks mythic to same server only.
