edit: From what I understand the gap has gone from 20:1 in the 60's-70's to 10:1 in the 80's and it's now down to 2:1 making it the largest increase in any demographic in the same periods of time. In any event, a lot of the white women in prison are drug offenders and/or abused partners held for whatever crime "their man" committed. God damn you for making me go SJW.

It's been a while since I've been handling crime stats but there was definitely a super gap in incarceration rates in the mid 2000s. If that's changing then congratulations on their new found equality but I'm skeptical.

Well, white females make up a larger proportion of incarcerated females than hispanics or blacks, by a pretty good amount.

We make up for it by jailing more black males than white males!
