While it wasn't in the conference title game, similar situation with Bama last year. Bama lost late, didn't win the conference but still made it in with Georgia. Same thing could happen this year. Georgia wins, it probably goes 1) Clemson, 2) Notre Dame, 3) Georgia 4) Bama and I think OU/OSU get left out.
I recall some people freaking out, but I don't think it necessarily gets us the 8 team playoff as much as I'd like to see it.

If the SEC gets two teams in the playoffs two years in a row, the system will change. All it took was one SEC vs SEC BCS title game to get a playoff.

How do you feel about Horns Down being a penalty now? Personally, it pisses me off because OU has been doing it to you guys for literally half a decade; but the fans that throw them down that are OU fans not at an OU/TX game or that are some other team have really made it something it probably shouldn't be. That said, I think it is a pretty pussy move by our spineless conference.

It’s stupid. Texas defenders were told if they rub their bellies after getting a sack they will be flagged for taunting. If something that beignin is taunting horns down should be as well. But none of this shit should be taunting. Short of a player doing horns down in the face of a Texas player, a flag shouldn’t be thrown.
That being said, I really hope an OU player being flagged for horns down decides the game. That would be high comedy.
