Comic Hellblazer was bi to some degree from at least the 90s, though (shocking, I know) modern comics writers have leaned more and more into the gay.
Movie Constantine actually had Michelle Monaghan as his girlfriend/friend-with-benefits (DC character Chantinelle) in a part that was almost entirely edited out to one scene/line - she's the one that says "Holy Water?" as the sprinkler trap hits the half breeds in the hospital.
She doesn't even get credited in the movie, despite having a speaking line and the shot solely framing her, though the footage did make it to the DVD extras:
