I thought the overall story was pretty meh. They never really explained anything, just kept introducing more and more stuff then it just ends.

Im getting to this now on gamepass.
I mostly just want to talk about The Lost room miniseries, and how its not brought up enough. even the wiki for this, doesn't mention it, when talking about the motel. which seems crazy to me.
2006. i'm pretty sure its the first real SCP/objects of power media.
I do find the difficulty frustrating. Im not sure what it is. its like enemies will just randomly decide to turn aimbot on, and 1 shot you. clunky movement, not clear when behind cover. i think.

When I first started playing it, it seemed like a controller kinda game, but when you hit that wall of difficulty you realize it was meant to be a mouse and keyboard game all along. That really does help with the difficulty.
