CPU and GPU temperture tools

What are the best apps to monitor in-game GPU and CPU temperatures? I've heard about hwinfo and msiafterburner but I wanted to get an opinion from the "experts"

I am running Windows 8 Pro

Can anyone identify the app used on this video? Thanks

hwinfo is pretty much the standard for desktop rigs. I'm pretty sure in that video he is running hwinfo with someaddon.

GPU I use EVGA precision. Awesome program that handles all my OC / fan setting needs. Stock fan settings on most cards are on the low side I prefer my fans to spool up a little earlier and keep things a tad cooler.

CPU I use the windows 7 widget with Coretemp.
