But how common is that to have more than one really in the modern era? I know it still goes on kinda. But supporting 50 kids means you gotta have a lot of cash. Or not give a shit.

If I was a billionaire I'd have tons of kids because it's the only legacy that truly matters. That book Hilda Hurricane even covers that with a super rich doctor who pays dandy boys to find women for him to impregnate. In Brazil but still.
