I love the instant jump to immaturity accusations when most of us (and all the people that posted in that thread) are actual 30 somethings or older with an actual idea as to how the world works. As soon as I started reading about how the community should have stayed to help the new owners out and the situation not being fair... I almost fell out of my chair laughing.
