More than a year and a half after launch now, Cyberpunk 2077 continues to stick with me. Not just in terms of the game itself, which I played through in the early, hyper-buggy days, but in terms of what could have been had CDPR execs not kicked it out the door well before it was ready.

Just be patient, I am still waiting on the bug fixes and all DLCs, probably going to take another 2-3 years.

I'm really enjoying my 2nd attempt at playing this. I played it on PC on release and it was "ok". I have a 2080ti so it ran well enough, but I just got bored and never made it further than like...maybe 1/3 through the main story. This past couple weeks I've been casually playing and it definitely seems to run better, even with raytracing on. I also feel like I have a much better idea how everything works this time. Did they make changes to the way stats/perk/quickhacks work at all or was I just not paying much attention at release?

On PC? Definately, it was worth it at launch imo. On consoles I have no idea, except def not on the ps4.

Really hope it goes back and fleshes out a lot of the old shit and just doesnt "tack on" so to speak. Adding new stuff is fine, but some of the base games stuff is just awful.

I hope they get the game up to what many had expected the original was supposed to be. Fix the AI and create a truly open and immersive city. All doors can be opened. All AI based characters have more purpose and less loops. There is purpose to reputation that allows for true allies and enemies.
