I very much doubt this will be the last delay, but now they will be colliding with the launch window of the new consoles and so could end up in a situation where they would be reasonably expected to have the PS5 / XBX version available on release day.

I'm starting to think that they are just lining the release up with the next gen console releases. Probably made deals with both sides because MS and Sony know that this game alone will drive console sales up if both are released more or less at the same time

yeah not a coincidence at all, rumors all point to Nov 20th as the worldwide launch of PS5 and rumors that Nov 19th will be Xbox Series X which is the same day as this.

The irony is the people who bought the Xbox X thats Cyberpunk branded in early june won't be able to play the game until the Series X is out

This is also 2 weeks 2 days after elections in America so I expect great things... terrible things, yes, but great things too...
