Usually a faulty gpu has a form of artifacting in present. The temps shown on his are within the norm of no fan spin up.
You need to game and while gaming see if your fan spin up or not.
Since your pc is running like shit any way move your games to another drive and pop in a different ssd to use windows on.
id hope everyone in this thread by now never keeps games on same drive as windows anyways. Formatting shouldn’t be an issue nowadays anyways. You can game - format c: and be back in the game within an hour now.
