If you have good aim and steady hand/tracking, coldheart is not bad on PC. Ive seen some dudes use it and destroy with it. Its pretty good in the right hands. Im kind of thinking thats where it will end up, coldheart tier.

Went into lair blind tonight. Didn't beat the boss, best run after like 20 tries was about 15%. Had a really good time, though. I think this thing will be sped through in under 20 minutes eventually, but the boss is way harder than Calus. Huge DPS check and the amount of adds of crazy.

I assume you went in with a premade? Wondering if its even worth bothering with an lfg group, with a tight DPS and coordinated execution it usually isn't for the first week.
I wanted the phantom menace last night while going through the campaign on my second character. I promised my wife i wouldn't touch alcohol this month so it was pretty brutal doing both, sober. It is crazy weird how many mobs you can skip though, like 90% of the story you can just run past everything.

Just read the secret to Argos' orb pattern. Makes a double dps phase each round much easier.
Orbs are random for first round, but second round follows a pattern. They rotate clockwise. So if the first top orb is Solar, the next round it will be Arc. Knowing this, you can accurately place all six skulls and ensure two DPS phases each time.
Round 1: top solar, left void, right arc
Round 2: top arc, left solar, right void

The wipe mechanic resets orb seeds, so you start over.
Round 3: top void, left void, right arc
Round 4: top solar, left solar, right void
Round 1: top solar, left void, right arc
Round 2: top arc, left solar, right void

The orb thing is right the rotation of the plates isn't though.
Easiest way with a non-set raid is pick up cannons wait for orbs to spawn cook those and cook the other three closest to dps plate. Clear add, open, use other three cannons for dps, empowering and rally use cluster rocket, after dps phase cook 2 cannons per plate before stun phase, get past that part and it's rinse repeat.

When your normal 6th man goes LD and you end up using a 9/4/0 Hunter with Arcstrider and a Linear Fusion who never made a single jump during the stun phase. To say I was tired of pulling Argos was an understatement. I felt like Samual L Jackson when he finally died.
Context: I was super annoyed because we didn't kill him during first opening of the last DPS phase and we were running out of time for another opening plus enrage was coming.
Edit: That 3 man Argos is ridiculous.
