I've joined a guild in advance to the xpac at

Grouping MP10 with competent players has seen xp moving at least 4 times faster than the solo grind, and of course, feels like much less of a grind.
With grouping on high MPs being the obvious best method, having a guild lobby or TS to jump into will be crucial especially at the start of the xpac.
If you're unsure on what's good for mp10 grouping, here's a quick list.
Wiz: CM meeting required breakpoints. Getting ~110k damage is dirt cheap to do with the appropriate life on hit and all resist. Damage and the uberest gear isn't a big deal here, just have the break points and don't explode when you get touched. 600k+ archons can annihilate entire packs of mobs in the blink of an eye even with 4 players in the game. Otherwise, yeah, do the CM wiz thing and group.
Monk: with cyclone strike, more expensive but typically in shorter supply. Probably want to be at least 180k dps for grouping efficiency, otherwise, go the bargain bin tempest rush solo until you grind up money or master card up (lul).
DH: Bombardment/echoing blast, I recommend bombardment with steady aim only if we have both a CM wiz/monk going. Otherwise, spike trap tanking with gloom is real uber.
Barb: ww/rend or HOTA (get a cold damage SoJ for Hota).
