I saw him earlier today. T1, 350k dps....couldn't even dent him. I'm at 1M DPS now (Wizard), and can probably get some revenge. I still need some more toughness for T1 farming. Some elites are just WTF.

What happens if you ID the legendary on a different character? I got 2x 2handed axes on my DH and there and I'm guessing he'll have no use of them.

I was wondering the same thing, it's almost like they are punishing people who didn't play much when the AH was at it's height and they want to clean everyone out as quickly as possible. I have 1.3 million and I'm deathly afraid to spend anything.

Typical, I get about 5 kills in and this gets hotfixed... meh. Almost brought me to 70 though.

I may have missed it... but did they say how ladder characters are going to work? with how easy it is to reset your skills, there really no point in having 2 of the same characters (SC and HC notwithstanding). so after the ladder season is done, we get a duplicate character that we're just going to transfer gear off of and delete... right?

As a quick heads up, we have two buffs to Legendary item drop rates coming down the pipeline.
First change: We're increasing the drop rate for Legendary items (this includes Set items) in Torment 1-6.
Second change: We're significantly increasing the chance for an item purchased from Kadala to be a Legendary.
Both of these hotfixes are somewhat proactive, but are aimed to help improve the reward curve for players as they start to reach higher Torment difficulties. We look forward to hearing your feedback as a result of these changes!

Thats a needed change lol, I just used all my blood shards but no dice. Aww well
I was at 250k dps when i got home, ended up finding a 2h flail with a socket.. popped a gem in it and shot up to 435k, but ended up losing some toughness.. worth it though~ Next stop: 600k+!
Edit: just broke 525k
If i could get a really good enchant on my amulet for crit damage i'd probably shoot past 600k for sure

What were they thinking with the crusader's lack of speed? It's such a slow class, which is crippling for efficiency. Since that's most of what the game is about, the class is kind of garbage. Not a single travel skill (2-3 seconds with a 25s cooldown isn't travel) and the class-defining passive limits movespeed to 110%. This completely rules out crusaders from being competitive with the other classes at farming/leveling efficiency, which is the thing that counts in the long run. They need to change one of the Steed runes to effectively eliminate the cooldown, probably with something like -1 second per enemy killed, so you can use it to travel from pack to pack. D3 was plagued early on by immense opportunity costs for playing melee classes because they couldn't farm properly, and they finally more or less overcame that only to reintroduce it for the crusader by making it too slow to keep up with the rest. Such an obvious and avoidable mistake, too. Did this never come up during beta? They can't make a class that basically gets paid less than the others, it's beyond retarded.

So, I found a near-perfect rollStrongarm Bracers. Does anyone know if Cyclone Strike counts as a knockback and triggers the increased damage?

Legendary buff is definitely noticable. After the buff some friends and I farmed in a 4 man group on torment 2 doing some rifts / bounties. Someone in the group was getting a legendary every 15 minutes or so. I came out with 5 or 6 during the 4 hour farm session.
