This buff didn't net me anything good. No Thunderfury, starmetal Kukuri, Harrington belt or Hexing pants. I didn't even complete either of my zunni or jade set bonuses. All this buff did was give me more of the same useless junk legs I been getting but in larger quanities.

Leeching dogs is entirely dependent on your life on hit I believe? or is it life on kill. I forget what the tool tip says. Everyone says to use them, but I literally had 0 life on hit. My healing score was 0. None of my gear had secondaries towards it, so leeching dogs were pointless for me.

So, all legendaries are buffed 100% drop rate.

By simple calculations, the rarest of the legendaries will stay exactly the same % as before since the common legs would be buffed too. So it means just means more legendaries in general but still very hard to get the rare legs to drop?

Pretty much YES. More common legs, more souls in your stash.

are rift frags really a problem, maybe if your solo? but usually when you group its like everyone takes a turn.

but I guess its a pain to run bounties if you don't need any cache specifics, only needing the frags.


I like what they are doing listening to the player base for once, next we need more flavor in the legendary department, which will help make more builds viable think were headed in the right direction now its just a waiting game of more changes and how far out.

I hope they have future plans on all the souls that's going to fill up our stash. Maybe a soul vendor would be nice.

I've run into this experience with the same exact card as well, it was especially bad in the heaven levels like silver spire 1 when there was 2-3 packs active and a full 4 person group i'd find my frame rate dropping drastically.

Outstanding. This has been a really good week dropwise for me. My gear was woeful, though. I think for people trying to finish a set, the long term buff will help. My crusader went from level 60 to able to solo T3, and my wizard DPS went from 300k to 1.1M, even though I'd still like a ton of pieces.

I'm tempted to give hardcore a go. How many people are rolling there?
