Fluid combat has actually been one of the few places Blizzard has always excelled all of their games are responsive to play... Haven't tried it gonna maybe install it next weekend for open beta to see for myself but sounds like all the reviews here so far are (meh to ok) not the best sign.

The animations are good to "intern did it" was my initial thought. Game is fun to play the technical problems aside. The only thing that felt weird was seeing other players outdoors because the world itself , pretty sure you all saw this Diablo 4 Interactive Map , did not feel like it was designed for groups and more players in mind. More like single player but someone had the idea 3 months before release that the game could have boss fights with 20 people.

What a flavourful legendary.
Generic name. Mishmash of generic defensibe stats including boring defensive legendary effect on a glass cannon class, +1 to Meteor. Dropped at lv2 so fuck all stats.
Diablo 2 and PoE somehow have legendaries that don't need to be scaled, yet still be unique and useful.

Gamers deserve all the shit they get. companies can shit directly in their mouths, and they just keep coming back paying the companies to do it over and over. why the hell would anyone pay blizzard for this after everything?

Just about every fresh game Ive played has generic +1 items. Having truly unique items would be awesome, but I just dont see it in the cards for games anymore. As far as D4 goes - it "sounds" like the Legendary is just something you steal the effect from to put on another piece of gear. Have yet to see that system, or if its even accessible in beta.
Crafting looks like something I can truly gag about though. Nothing interesting about hitting a pile of iron or right clicking an herb out in the world and... its unnecessarily here. The only thing Im curious about now though, is how integral they are going to make these fucking elixirs. At max level, 5% extra <insert stat> is pretty damn powerful.

My thinking is if these assclowns are gonna charge for Season pass gayness then the game itself should be free. The double dip offends me.

I dunno, my fat ass needed a Double Down so this cost me nothing but the install time if I hated it. There was a way to not give Blizz a dime to try it out so I don't feel bad about it. Now I happen to quite enjoy it, but I see no need to preorder.

...why not? These are lines of text and effects chosen from likely drop down boxes. I can make something better in seconds.
If you want to go for damage reduction, link it to something flavourful like Ice spells which could logically reduce damage.
Iceweave Faulds. Same defensive stats, bonus to an ice spell, don't have any other "Iceweave" items unless it's a set. Make the item blue. It's not amazing but it's better using the tools they have.

Thats exactly why I was telling you about the extraction system they have in. It does just that, apparently. I was talking about tailored items like the Mana Stone from EQ for example.

I haven't had any load issues. I believe the issue is due to the memory leak. Vram becomes 100% full, and then some. Windows starts using up system ram(Shared GPU memory) because Vram is full, and it starts tanking game performance heavily since system RAM isn't as fast as Vram.
