Apparently in the UK you can get it done in a drive thru. Dude went from self medicating with a shitload of drugs to self medicating with a hurry up sex change so I can medicate with lesbian orgies and purple hair. Dude is fucked up plain and simple. Are you serious? Changing hair color makes you crazy? Outrageous/flashy makeup? I don't even wear eyeshadow. I wear eyeliner and mascara and bright lipstick, OH MY!! What are you, 80? Usually they require a year of "full time" before you get SRS, sometimes two years (I can't remember if it's the U.S. or U.K. that requires two years or one years, but one of them is one year and the other is two). However most of us go to Thailand for the surgery because it's much cheaper and the surgeons are actually much better at it. If you do your SRS in the UK under NHS you don't get to choose your surgeon, and I've heard some horror stories from that. BUT many surgeons in Thailand still do require 2 letters of recommendation from psychologists before SRS, however "the full time" thing for a certain amount of time isn't relevant in most cases.

Some cam girls just need money and are in a difficult place. I've changed my name IRL as well, none of the names/identities I went by in the past are present anymore, so why wouldn't I change it? When I changed my name on Foh I PM'd Tuco. Definitely true and it's a very good point and something any trans person should consider about themselves and come to terms with. Yet if that's the case, why draw attention to what you perceive to be an unavoidable low self esteem issue? Why hate? If it's as you believe, you wouldn't hate on someone for it. As far as the "girl" in Morrowgirl. it actually has nothing to do with having a gendered name or my desire to have a gendered name here. I would have loved anything NOT masculine, but I use Morrowgirl for everything now because I like it and it's what I've used for my character names for a long time now and it's something I just randomly came up with, so now I use. I think it sounds awesome and I've been obsessed with "Morrow" since I saw Gattaca. I've had a ton of SN's involving "Morrow" for a long time now. I tried to just use Morrow and also InMorrow, they were taken, I used Morrowgirl, it became familiar, now it's mine. It's no different than when I invented a name in EQ and how I use that for many things now. There's no real meaning behind using it everywhere, it doesn't mean I'm trying to proclaim who I am. I used it, and it became familiar. That's it. The need to have "Lady" in Goliath was simply because I couldn't get a full name change and Goliath was so masculine I had to balance it out.
