I find Sheever way less annoying/bad than, say, Blaze, personally. So the arguement "she's only known because she's a girl" doesn't really work, as there are plenty of well-known male casters who are utter garbage. It's just a case of how much work they put in to get themselves out there, regardless of how talented they actually are.

I don't know how you can find one less annoying than the other. They're both completely fucking awful casters. For some reason (it's a girl) Sheever always gets the benefit of the doubt though. Reddit will go to town on Blaze, and mass downvote anyone who does the same to Sheever

I have no idea who Blaze is. I assume that means he doesn't cast many high profile tournaments. That's my issue with Sheever - she gets to cast stuff like TI3 despite being a horrible caster.
So they both suck but Sheever gets to cast high profile matches because she is a girl? That is the problem with Sheever. If I didn't have to hear her while watching good tournaments I wouldn't care.
This, just give me an alternative caster and I dont care, but when she casts the huge tournaments I have to watch them on mute :\
Like right now starladder casted by tobi, thank god, if it was sheever, i would turn it off or have to mute the audio!
they need to seriously add in stacking/pulling into their tutorial(if its not already there? never did it), then add another bracket and start tracking stats of people who die 5-10 times within the first 5-10 minutes and bracket them together.
i wish xyclopz casted more popular tournaments, even if its with sheever hes the shit.

so.... 200 pages late, but i'm just casually getting into the game... i enjoy it, except for the fact that i just don't have a working knowledge of the idiosyncrasies of the characters as well as which items for which hero. like, every starter item for every character is like 3 branches. i can avoid that and go for something a little more tactical, right? like a buckler or some movements speed items or something? i spend FAAAAAAR too much time staring at the shop so i can spend my money before i get ganked and lose a chunk of it... but then i get ganked because i'm buried in menus...
are there any recommendations for wiki sights to spend some time on? i mean i can google it but half of the fan made wiki sites are half empty or not updated... is there a good site with build options out there?

and aui is "auditioning" for the 4th/5th spot and has been for a lil while.
They need to kick eternalenvy from the team and they could easily be a top contender.
